Remote Backlight

Hi, my BT-200 was causing me issues with my Buzz 4900 device, so I was recommended the new BT-250 or the BT-400 as an alternative,

Can anyone confirm they use the BACKLIGHT in the dark the same way my Bt-200 currently does?

 The bt-250 has no backlight and you need the remote app installed to get bt400 backlight on 4900 working

what app? The site for the remote says The BuzzTV Smart Remote App is currently available on the X5, HD5 and U5 models.

I  dont see it anyware for the 4900

as nbs. said you need to get the update for it to work

send in your server id and explain what you want

and you won't get the app because it will be in buzztv utilities/remote

YA... I have the app in my utilities from your picture, but how do i get backlight on the BT-400

Pair your 400 then you can turn backlight on
