BUZZ TV 4.0.494 keeps crashing

My XRS BUZZ TV 4.0.494 keeps crashing  while watch TV and VOD, it's going worst and worst day by day

Tried both player but same issue also tried wifi instead ethernet , no change

any help appreciated

I reset the box, That's ease the problem but still crashing or not responding
