dage007 Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 Does anyone know if its possible to control a sound bar volume with the buzz 4500 remote? With my apple tv 4K When I use the apple remote it controls the volume of my LG sound bar. Everything is set up via hdmi. Sound bar goes to ARC on the LG tv and then buzz tv to hdmi 1 on tv and apple tv to hdmi 3 on LG tv. The apple tv does what I want which is control the overall volume but I can't seem to get this to work with the buzz tv. if its possible id like to hear how. any advice would be great thank you. Should be able to if you setup HDMI CEC. From the Home Screen Go to Settings Go to Advanced Settings Go to HDMI CEC Turn it on Reboot the box. Quote
dage007 Posted January 27, 2021 Author Posted January 27, 2021 I tried the suggestions above. Even changed hdmi ports on the back of the tv and cables to see if there was something different between the apply tv and buzztv 4500 but made no difference. The Apple TV still worked and the buzztv didn’t. Appreciate the suggestions however Quote
