BuzzTV Box does not shut down

I could not get the box to shut down last night when I shut the TV. I didn’t think it was a big deal but today when I turned on the TV I just get a blank screen, like the box is in sleep mode, but I can’t get it to come out of sleep mode. It still would not shut down when I tried to shut it with the remote.

i unplugged it for an hour but when I plugged it back in I still have a solid blue light but nothing on the TV.

Any idea on what is wrong and how to fix it?

You can try a pin reset to see if that works but you might need to contact buzz customer support

Here is an update. I left the box unplugged for 24 hours. When I plugged it back in everything worked again. Maybe it just needed to reset.
