Jkenny7512 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 I could not get the box to shut down last night when I shut the TV. I didn’t think it was a big deal but today when I turned on the TV I just get a blank screen, like the box is in sleep mode, but I can’t get it to come out of sleep mode. It still would not shut down when I tried to shut it with the remote. i unplugged it for an hour but when I plugged it back in I still have a solid blue light but nothing on the TV. Any idea on what is wrong and how to fix it? Quote

Jkenny7512 Posted January 10, 2021 Author Posted January 10, 2021 Here is an update. I left the box unplugged for 24 hours. When I plugged it back in everything worked again. Maybe it just needed to reset. 1 Quote
