XRS4500 Another Can't Load Portal Message.

I just received the box as a gift and are getting the can't load portal error message. I'm in the US if that matters.  I have M3U line and an EPG line with the username and password and everything else in it. I'm assuming under the M3U URL, I should enter the M3U info? Would I enter just the URL or EPG under the XML EPG URL?  Thanks for the assistance.

You would need to enter the M3U URL and EPG URL Separately then press connect

 

Make sure everything is spelled correctly, otherwise it wont connect properly.

So I would enter the info for both in the 2 sections then?

As both are different

yes if you want epg

or you could use xc login and enter url, username and password
