Ipguys not working on buzz tv

For some reason ipguys is not working on the buzz tv xrs4500

its on panel 3 

is there a different url that you have to use on buzz tv because the same code is working on mag

I just got a trial and it works fine

Works fine for me as well.  Have you tried unplugging the box, then rebooting? 

"Not working" isn't very specific ..
