Single Remote Controlling Both IPTVs

I bought two XRS4500 and placed them on different floors in my house. When I'm using either remote, they seem to be communicating with both TVs (ie. turning on both IPTV boxes). 

Is there any way I can pair the remotes to their corresponding boxes?

Maybe unpair one and use as an  IR remote
