I purchased a WD external Hard drive 1 TB.  It was working fine. I initially bought a 5 TB and it did not work and was advised the 4500 would not work on anything above 1TB.  So I connected the WD 1TB and everything worked fine.  I'd go into ES Exporer and cut and paste the movies to the External Drive.  Well today It keeps saying loading OTG, but never fully loads < I only had about .25% space used .  Any advice ?

Hmm I have same WD 1 TB for long time  but never had this problem 😞 , Hmm connect the WD to laptop or comp and see if is coming up with  problems there too.
