Navigation bar bottom of screen missing

I recently upgraded to the buzz TV X5 and I noticed that there is no longer a navigation bar option for the bottom of screen as there was on previous models. For example, the XRS 4900. I would use the navigation bar to clear all of the most recently used apps on my previous models, is there a way to do this for the X5,

Since the X5 uses Android TV

The navigation bar is not available for it

This works on all of our models on Android 7, 9 and 11
