epg not populating

I have an issue with the epg not automatically populating on both my 4500s  and 4900. after roughly 2 days it's empty and you have to scroll through all the channels to repopulate. any way to fix this? thanks

I have 2x 4900 boxes and I don't have this issue on either one or the other (on 2 different servers).  Populates daily.  I haven't checked my 4500 in a while however.

Have you tried clearing the BuzzTV5 cache, just in case ?

As a reference, what version of BuzzTV are you running on the 4500 and 4900 ?

I have the latest update from 12-9-22 but don't get the 7 day epg only 2 days

And you are sure that your service provider has 7 day EPG ?   Just curious, have you tried with another app (stbemu, smarters, etc..), just as a test to see if you get 7 day with the other app ?

getting provider info. the system is MAC based

If your sub is MAC based, you can easily just install STBEmu to check and see how much EPG it gets.
