Cannot load portal: Cannot parse M3U playlist: M3U header not found

This is the first time using M3U playlist from IPTV provider.

The provider connected my MAC address to their server and I entered the Portal URL that they provided to my XRS 4000 - under the M3U server settings. The portal URL had the M3U at the  start and  /c/ at the end.

The problem was that it didn't work. It says "Cannot load portal: Cannot parse M3U playlist: M3U header not found".

Is the problem on my side or is it on the IPTV provider's side? How can I correct this problem.

Thank you
