TV Series not displaying !

Hello ,

I just received my Stick , was using formuler box before (had all tv ,movies,series fine)

however with stick 4000 only getting live and movies but no tv series.

Btw i'm using the same service on formuler and still loading tv series fine

hope i can heard from the Team asap

What do you mean exactly ?

Dishuser is asking you to hit the menu button while you are watching live tv  then select tv series from there

I have confirmed its a buzz/server conflict as tv series do not even show up in menu
