The problem is finally resolved. Unplug the power and re-plug the power. Now your able to take the update

Why is my vid stick taking forever to download update. It just keeps looping.

Are you able to get into the menu to reset box?

If not you will have to do a pin reset

Re set it waited nothing then tried update still may 25th . its not calling home. Wonder if the server is down like mentioned earlier in the thread, or overloaded presently.

The update users are talking about is the software on a new stick

There is no new software for working buzz sticks

current buzz sw is 4.0.467 on mine

May 25th is the software date that came with a st4000 ,were the blue ray remote doesnt work. Is this not a software update to repair long standing issues?

if you are looking at build date it  is may 25

If you are looking at software version it is may 21

The dates mean nothing  anyway
