show arrow cursor on screen

Hi!

Not able to navigate with  remote.  Arrow cursor showing  on the screen and i have to press and hold the  arrow to navigate.  it seems not working Bluetooth. What should i do?

the 4000 doesn't come with bt remote

press mouse button again to turn off mouse
