Buzzt Stuck on Boot screen

I have two buzz 3000 xpl

First box stuck on Boot logo..

Pressing the reset button does nothing .

Second box keeps doing a boot loop over and over ...this one I can get into recovery mode...did the factory reset...but no luck ...keeps looping on and off.

Is their a factory image I can load ..

Maybe I get one to work...

Any advice and help would be awesome.

Try a pin reset on the first one

Are you holding reset button down then connecting power?

Yes ...same as I am with the one I can get into recovery screen...but this box just sits at boot logo...trying for the last half hour.
