power issues

I just purchase a xrs4500 and  when i turn the box off can't turn on again with the remote control need to unplug and plug back on to boot.

I try everything change hdmi wire change power options nothing change

Please help

What firmware are you on ?  If you go to updates, what firmware is listed as being installed ?

Problem with buzz 4000 after turn power off need to unplug and plug power cord to boot box again this started after  I updated box to B5 help

I have Version V20220919 now also now when I play VOD I get  media player not support thank you very much for any info

how did you update a 4000 to a b5?

did you try a different video player for vod?

Yes is working now I change video player thank you asking

I had the same reaction initially  

I think he meant that he updated to BuzzTV 5.  Not to the new BuzzTV B5 box

Sorry yes my buzz 4000 after I did a reset when 

Restart update to new version now everything is working fine thank you
