Buzztv Launcher deleted

Hello

Can somebwdoy explain or walk me through in reinstalling the buzztv launcher I deleted by accident and I don't have access to the main staff in the box .

No I can't ,only tells me the launcher is missing , I can't access the settings unless there is a way to find them

do a hard reeset and start fresh The reset button is near the top of the av hole

yes there is

It says buzztv launcher stop working

I try the reset button didn't do anything and is so small that I broke it

Looks like without the launcher this think is useless , doesn't give me access to the main menu for a factory reset unless there's a way around it

Select close app does what?

To do a reset you would need a small pin.

You use hole on side of unit?

You have to hold pin down for 12-15 seconds

I tried that broke the pin

I take it it was made of plastic?

Is it plugging hole?

You can email buzz and see what they say

Is the tiny hole , but very fragile don't know

Didn't know was so weak

Any other suggestions ?
