unpair How to unpair the remote from your TV

Hi,

I paired my BT-400 remote with my Samsung TV and now I cannot shut down the BuzzTV X5.

How can I unpair them?

If you wish to factory reset your remote to erase all settings press and hold the D-Pad Down button and the 0 (Zero) button for 4 seconds until it blinks 3 times to indicate the remote is factory reset.

I was never able to pair it, maybe someone can help me with that. Followed directions to the letter.
