BuzzTV XRS4500 can't play PPV

My BuzzTV XRS4500 have issue when play PPV .Please help  to fix this problem ?

It's a known issue with a group of 3 servers The issue has been fixed and will be available in the next update

just wondering what player the op is using? some wont play on secondary player, switching to primary might work?

meant to say if its on secondary try changing to to default.

It is the server I am referring to.He has to wait for update
