After update to Buzz TV 5, I cant access settings app. icon is not responsive

After updating to Buzz TV 5 , trying to enter setting by Pressing on setting icon is not responding in android system. I tried to uninstall the settings ( same thing with  Aptoid TV  application), they are not responding.

Any fix?
