GOOD BUFFER TIME (HELP)

Hello,  I have an XPL 3000.  Have been reading, and notice under configuration,  you can choose your buffer time from 0-10 SEC.

Can someone please assist, which one I should select.  Also, would help if I can get more details on what that means.  Any help would be appreciated.

3 seconds is usually a good setting

If you're experiencing any freezing though, then you can try to go higher.
Or if you have a slower internet connection, this helps as well.
