Xrs4500 off light remains blue not red

Hi.

 

I have a few xrs 4500 boxes. But one box in particular. The blue led emblem on the box remains blue after turning it off. On my other 2 boxes it turns red. Any idea how to fix this?

what firmware/software version do you have?

are all at same versions?

are all set to same powerkey definition?

IPTV version 4.0.530

Power button setting is suspend.

Yes they are all the same.

you should consider updating to buzztv beta5

current iptv version is 5.0.763

if you want update pm allaboutbuzz all the server id's

It usually means there is a background app running that Android cannot close when put into standby.

Thanks. That's probably it. The light on the box now  turns red after I turn it off.
