Sound/Audi/channles dropped off

I have had all kinds of problems with my  XR4500.

After about a month I have to do a factory re-boot, last time was for "BUZZTV keeps stopping" & BUZZ TV not responding"

After I reboot, I cannot get some channels back, I live in Canada, but watch a lot of British TV shows, I had the channel prior to the error and reboot, but it like a couple of other channels have dropped off, also audio is not working on a lot of channels

Any suggestions?
