Note: This steps are not meant to be for everyone, just some people that are having issue and temporary wants to down grade the current version to previous buzztv app version, which you had before the update.

1. Select Settings
2. Select More
3. Select Apps
4. Under system Apps Select Buzz TV 2
5. Select Uninstall Updates
6. Click OK
7. You will see a White Popup Select OK

And you are done, Then press back till you are back on main screen.

i did a factory reset, connected to my wireless network and signed into chrome.

Remote has fresh batteries, buzztv has 4.3 Gb free space, cleared cache,

Buzz TV2 is version 1.6.  I have Android version 7.1.2.

I do not see ' Uninstall Updates'.

Seems that 7.1.1 was better. With version 7.1.2, i have no control over mouse or page up/down with remote while in chrome, netflix or any app to select a movie. Apps crash all the time. youtube is out of sync with ipad.

How do I get to factory settings and just stay there?

Can you confirm which model box you have? The app version you posted is very outdated . For 1GB box we recommend Android 6.

I’m having an issue with version 2.0(352) where one of my m3u servers cannot play any streams. Was working with (351), is there a way to go back?
