Audio not working

Hi,

Since last few days sound suddenly stopped working , video works fine. I did power cycled, rebooted, changed HDMI cable/port but nothing worked so far. 

Please let me know what should I do next.

Netflix and other apps through roku works perfectly fine, just issue with buzz tv box.

forget the roku as it will just confuse things

so youtube on the buzz has no volume?

And the volumes turned all the way up on the box?
