All my E1 Boxes are not working

Good Evening, I am having issues with all my E1 devices (4 of them) as it loads XC API Login it freezes  has not done that before did a full reset re put info and still the same.

yes. Same service is working  on Onn Android device but not on E1

then your server likely changed something.
