My Classic buzztv doesnt connect to my server

Hi, I have 1 classic buzztv box ,1 year old ,I had it withouth use it a couple of months

I connected ,and updated to latest March 2026 software 

now doesn't connect to my XI ,server ,I did factory reset,but the problem still there.

with this box I can run any streaming program ,but I can't run my server .

Any help will be appreciate .

Sorry, but what is you XI server ?  An IPTV service ?  Is it using MAC/XC or M3U ?  Can you connect to this service using another device ?

When you say it doesn't connect, can you elaborate ?  What message do you get ?

sorry ,my server is XC

I can use this server using other apps, without problems.
