Benfica Posted January 19, 2022 Posted January 19, 2022 Ive been waiting to see if anyone else has this issue but seems like its only me since updating to beta cant get my secundary player to have sound on all channels of my 3 servers i rechecked today again and all 3 do same thing i scroll thru the channels they change fast and picture is amazing, but to get one channel with sound its hard to find one so i leave it on default ever since…i already did a toothpick reset in hope was the box…. but still there… Quote

The secondary player has no sound on alot of channels on a specific iptv service that I use sporadically but works well (much better) on a different service that I use much more often. On default mode the sound is present on all the channels on both services. Using the xr4000 box. regards 1 Quote

I did not try default player as I only use secondary player. There are 2 players for a reason, it offers choice, some prefer default and others secondary so there is a problem. Quote

Expand the reason for 2 players is not for choice it's for when does not decode stream properly many of us for last couple of years had to use default on one particular server that's the solution so why make a big deal of it it takes seconds to get stream working properly what a drag...lol 1 Quote

I'm simply stating that I experienced the no sound using secondary just like the other guys. It's only because I saw the post that I tried to reproduce the bug on my end and I did lol ...... It's a problem/issue/glitch/bug and we're just reporting it. I never experienced this using buzztv 4 so nothing wrong with reporting something that's broken. Before the beta version I made a few recordings using secondary player and the playback was fine. Did a check just now and they play with no sound but there is sound using default to playback. So something has changed with the player in these beta releases. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Quote
