Mike S Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I have to continuously unplug and plug back in to get this box to work at all. Otherwise my channels load but only get black screen. When I disconnect and reconnect power I then have to reconnect Internet. But first I have to connect a hotspot then turn on wifi otherwise the box won't connect. Please don't say its the connection, my firestick works fine as do other providers. Thanks for any help. Quote

Please post in the section relevant to your specific box model. BuzzTV5 is the software running on the box, not the box model. If all else fails, hard factory reset the box.
