Feature Request - Add Custom Groups to Backup/Restore file

Hello, 

I had to restore from my backup file. My Custom Groups were not included in the backup/restore file. Custom Groups reside above the Categories and enable you to add channels from multiple servers--my Custom Group was cross-server, I didn't attempt for 1 particular server.  I did click the button to include the settings in the backup and to include them in the restore, but Custom Groups don't seem to be included in the backup set. Maybe next release.
