BuzzTV 6 Smart Remote software won't update

Hello, I have a new BuzzTV Powerstation 6.  Running the Buzztv Smart Remote app.  It says current Firmware "--".  When I click on Update Control Software it shows that Version 7.0 BT-500 Firmware 2024-08-29 is available for installation. I cannot click the Install button using the remote's navigation buttons or mouse pointer.  I tried rebooting, force stop apps, clear data of the remote app, tried another remove, and deactivated all of the apps allowed to run in foreground. Button is not clickable. Is there another method to download this update that I can manually install, or some fix for this problem?  No BuzzTV operating system updates are available, all installed.  Thanks!

I don't know about you, but did you try going to the downloads page ?  There is nothing to download there, other than the buzztv logo.  I tried with 3 different browsers.
