NVMe safely ejected

My box says my drive is safely ejected. But it is not. It's properly seated and properly inserted into the hub. It worked for a couple hours yesterday. Now it's like it's not even there. 

It's a Samsung 990 pro

what does this have to do with an iptv app?

That's a possible sign of an nvme drive that is failing.  

Recently happened to another user.  Infant mortality on these drives is not uncommon even on the name brands.  https://stbtalk.com/topic/14665-no-response-when-selecting-updates/#findComment-39821

BTW: Samsung 990 Pro is overkill for a media box.
