Hi I just bought the buzz tv 6 last week but I accidentally locked a few  channels I would like to thank everyone for their reply’s I contacted customer support and the promptly replied with the password which is 0000 to unlock I am posting this just in case anyone else has the same  problem as I could not find anything in the help relating to this.
