Is it possible to make TV or Source or STB button register via USB?

"TV Power" and "Source"buttons, I am pretty sure are IR only.  They are designed as IR Learning buttons which you can program to most IR functions from your TV remote.

The remote is designed to be used primarily with Buzz TV media boxes, so what would be the purpose of having the TV Power and Source buttons to transfer over USB, when they are not intended to be interpreted by your Buzz Box anyhow.

IF you have a driver that can interpret it, then YES, the colored keys are send over RF to the USB dongle which then is read by the USB interface.

But don't expect any support in getting those keys interpreted by your device and even more so, getting them to turn on your PC.  You are better off using some WOL option to turn on a machine.  I used to do it ages ago.  Had PC configured for WOL, and had a small app on my phone which would wake it up.
