Frozen loading screen

Have tried unplugging for a day. Plugged in loading for an hour. Doesn't get past Supersport logo? Where is the reset button? How do I get past this?

Different box, same procedure, same location (basically in the back of the A/V port). 

Use a toothpick or something, and you will feel a click when you enter it into the A/V hold.  Hold it and plug it in while holding it.   I personally prefer a snipped off Qtip (instead of a toothpick), more sturdy, and the perfect thickness.
