Only place keyboard will not work is in chrome search bar (same thing with DuckDuckGo)....how to fix?

I see the keyboard but starting off the "t' on the keyboard, I can only move left for about 3 letters left of the t and sometimes on level down form the t the left a few spaces thus O can;t enter anything into it thus I can't search for what I am looking for.

Seems like a bug...maybe a bad remote download?  

Keyboard works everywhere else.

@nbs. Thanks for replying to help in a prompt and mature manner. 

I have the most recent firmware for the X5.  As mentioned, the keyboard when using chrome only moves left, up and down from t and never moves right.  However, I found a work around. The keyboard is fully functional when using 'search history" so I was able to type in the address of the apk, then copy it and pasted in navigation bar and thus have downloaded the apk I need.

We ask for the firmware and sw version for a reason Saying you have the latest firmware is not relevant 

What if your box wasn't taking an update and it should have??
