Rhian Posted November 7 Author Posted November 7 I’m pleased to report that everything seems to be back to normal. The factory reset seems to have done the trick. My iptv guy is telling me he only sees one connection while the buzztv app is running. Thanks for all the help!! 3 Quote

Everything says I’m updated to latest updates on the box. Anyone know it’s opening multiple instances of itself in the background? Your IPTV provider should be able to go onto there, subscription panel and look up your account and see how many IP addresses are using your account if it just shows one IP address I'm not sure why they're giving you trouble over the number of connections even though you are only allowed to have two, as long as they're not in different locations you should be able to explain the situation to your provider and they should have some understanding Edited November 8 by DRAG00N519 Quote

Rhian Posted November 8 Author Posted November 8 (edited) They were monitoring how many connections were happening while using the app. The worry was that there was that I'd been hacked, but it doesn't seem like that is the case, he watched the connections after the factory reset, and it didn't happen again after that. Oh ok if that was their concern that's understandable I thought they were worried that you were sharing your account Quote
