Setup wizard and no launcher

I turn my box on and it says setup wizard stopped working and when I try to go to home screen it says launcher not found. It stays gray screen

If all else fails, you can do a total hard reset of the box.  You will need to re-setup/re-configure everything however if you have not taken a backup in BuzzTV 5.
