Prime video and Hulu do not work on buzztv 5

I get errors refusing playback on prime video and Hulu on buzztv classic

 

Also will the classic get android 14

Try to understand.  As DU mentioned, Buzztv5 is an APP on your Buzz Classic.   The issue you are describing has NOTHING to do with BuzzTV 5.  BuzzTV 5 is what allows you to watch LiveTV, VOD, TV Series, and record, etc..

Any further discussion regarding this issue should be moved over to the Classic thread.
