Hard or Soft reset?

I am trying to restore audio to my stremio app, which was lost on recent update, which reset do you recommend. I deleted the app and reinstalled thinking that would work but did not.

Hard reset is obviously the best if you can.

BUT having said that, buzz has acknowledged that they have reproduced audio issues with other 3rd party apps also, so maybe you'll want to hold off until the next OTA update.   The issues may be very well related.

In the meantime, maybe you can try different external 3rd party players and use those for stremio (like VLC, MXPlayer, HBPlayer, etc..).
