Is there a button on the bt-500 remote that will bring up recent apps screen, I am pretty sure I tried every button to no avail. I don't know if this isn't available with this remote and P6 or if I am missing something. I know if I double click home it closes all recent apps.

it's not available on any box

On Nvidia shield if you double click the home button it would bring up recent apps screen. However it didn't have a close all option, you had to close each individually. I do like the P6 where it closes all apps but was handy to be able to go to recent apps to switch back to an app that was just using

My initial post was for a  buzztv, P6. You said it wasn't available on any box. I pointed out that it is available on another box. Do you mean it isn't available on any BuzzTv boxes? If so, not a major issue, just nice to have that's all

This app will let you see apps that are running in the background you will be able to do what you want to do with this app I'm sure you already know of an app like this but just in case you don't here you go

you could install an app manager and assign one of the colour buttons to open it

I started thinking that way too but now thinking I might be able to use button mapper, it has that as an option, I don't know why I didn't think of trying that before. I will have to try it out later when I get home.
