Can’t change UI language

I have a buzz TV 4500 and the UI changed to French for some reason but when I try to change it back to English US it just goes back to French. Has anyone ever encountered this issue and have a solution?

Provide a little more details.  

What version of Firmware are you using and what version of software ?  (Check updates screen)

Also, what Home Screen are you using ?  BuzzTV Modern, or something else (check from settings->BuzzTV Utilities->Home Screen (assuming you are on BuzzTV 5) ?  If you are using something else, try going back to BuzzTV Modern.
