I assume you have an E2 variety ?

What software you running ?  5.0.x or 4.0.x ?

On BuzzTV 5, you create the MAC server entry in the Server screen, and save it.  Then if you highlight the entry, you should have a red button to edit/delete the entry.  And  I believe it is blue to "change MAC".
