How to remove the navigation items from the bottom of my TV screen when on Prime

I have a problem using Prime. At the bottom of every Prime TV image is a set of icons, which I think are put there by the Buzz box. Can someone please tell me how to remove them? Thanks.

what happens when you select one of icons?

is it only on prime?

Thanks to both 'allaboutbuzz' and 'dishuser' for your questions. From them, I deduced that my problem was unusual and possibly caused by a mistake I made. So I deleted the app and then reinstalled it with greater attention to the instructions. Yes, guys, the fault was entirely mine and so was in no way a problem attributable to BuzzTv 'The Classic'. Thanks.
