xpl 3000 cannot load portal

Brand new device, power on, i do wel my the configuration, it made last update, when i start to see iptv its work for few second, and stop, i get this message cannot load portal.

my url portal is good, the server of iptv is stable, all is fine, exept i cannot watch iptv.

when you type the portal URL on your phone or PC browser does it work?

can you check if your using the latest app version (go to live tv, press menu on your remote, check for update)
