Dé Groeneveld Posted January 31 Posted January 31 My BUZZ TV X5 has been working fine until last night: after starting up and seeing all my TV favourite listings on the screen as usual, but then, after I click on any of the TV icons I get the message CANNOT LOAD PORTAL: INCORRECT USERNAME OR PASSWORD. I use an ethernet cable to connect to the router; switching to wifi gives me the same error message. There is absolutely no problem with the internet or the ethernet cable. Quote
