How to enable back light in BT 200 remote

I would like to enable backlight in my BT 200 remote.

any one could give me an Idea?

BT200 you just press and hold the bottom right most button (Blue) for about 4 seconds and it should turn on the backlight.  Same procedure to turn it off.

Super intuitive, you can even to it in the dark, since it is the bottom right-most key
