suncomkid Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 A friend recently bought a 4500 from the Global website. It came with a BT-300 remote and she asked me how to get the backlight to work. Once she connected it via bluetooth, she now has to remove the batteries everytime she wants to turn it on. Once on, it works perfectly. Not sure what the issue could be? Is there a button she may have hit or do I need to tell her to contact buzz support? Been about 6 weeks since she bought it. Thanks Quote
