Using Buzz TV XPL3000 model for last few years

Some time back, change the internet provider. Previously with Shaw & all was working fine

Now internet provider is TELUS. All devices work in home except Buzz TV

Any setting update required? What might be an problem

Please advise

What it mean connected?  screen only showing connecting, connecting & nothing happens afterwards
