Seth House Posted November 17, 2021 Posted November 17, 2021 I have been trying for hours now to set up my XRS4000 with a IPYV provider and after I send my mac # and money I can't get the service. I have 3 Buzz Boxes, 2 are working fine and have he same provider but the 3rd box is not getting connected. I think the provider and I communicating via email have done everything but pull our hair out to get my box working. Is the letter O used in the Server ID # or are they all the number 0? I think the problem could be the Mac number but not sure. Quote
